Ballard Basement Remodel
Situated below a rambling Victorian house in Ballard, this basement underwent a complete renovation. From earthquake retrofitting to running new electrical, this 1000sf space was transformed into a light and bright lower unit. A section of the original brick is showcased as a main focal point in the living area.
