Simple design changes maximize Apartment living. The original closed off kitchen was restructured to create an open space with a bar counter. New vinyl plank flooring and LED fixtures were installed. Practical and functional additions of washer/dryer and vinyl surround in the bathroom kept the design clean and meet budget requirements.
