The original carport below the Pacific Place building was rarely being used for it’s designed intention of parking. Rather than see space go to waste, our team re-imagined it in a more functional capacity—as a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Each bedroom was built at opposite ends of the unit to maximize privacy. A resilient channel system in the ceiling minimizes noise.
