Modern Farmhouse DADU

Just wrapped up this modern farmhouse-inspired DADU in North Beach, Seattle! This build was all about maximizing space while keeping it bright, open, and highly functional—a perfect blend of efficiency and comfort.

Inside, an open-concept layout, exposed wood beams, and plenty of natural light make the space feel bigger. The kitchen flows into the living area, with French doors opening to a private patio for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The result? A warm, modern, and efficient space in a prime location just minutes from Golden Gardens, Ballard, and Puget Sound views. Excited for the next project!
