Queen Anne Remodel
Intitially a choppy and compartmentalized 3 bedroom layout, the design plan downgraded the unit to a 2 bedroom, while adding space to the kitchen and living areas. Extensive structural work was done, notably the addition of LSL and LVL beams, allowing for the open and spacious living concept.
