This lower level renovation updated a 1200 sf space with radiant heat under poured concrete floors. The extra step of digging into the foundation to ensure functionally warm and beautiful floors while preserving original ceiling height was a priority. A NanaWall in the living space allows for uninhibited views and a fluid indoor/outdoor layout.
